- D'Anne Durkee Uhle - D'Anne is the local expert for complex real estate and probate issues. She runs a title insurance agency, Clear Title Agency, and writes title insurance for a wide range of commercial and residential transactions. She is highly respected and subcontracts for large and small firms and individuals. Most of her work is referred by other attorneys. Her expertise extends to estate planning and small and large estate administration issues.
- Richard B. Uhle - Richard is a litigation and alternative dispute resolution specialist. A certified mediator and experienced in the courtroom, he handles all types of civil, family, business and contract cases from formation to judgment. Formerly in the litigation department with Robbins, Kelly, Patterson and Tucker in Cincinnati, he has been in a bigger firm setting but can provide strong skills with a personal touch. Disputes too small or routine for a big firm are handled with economy.
