We have practiced law since 1983 and provide a small firm alternative for first class real estate, probate, business transactions and litigation. Stephen A. Durkee (1933-1996), a former Clermont County Judge was D'Anne's father. Lucien Dawson (1901-1966), a local attorney was her grandfather.We have continued a long tradition of excellence in service and trust from our clients and community. Extensive litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience in Hamilton and Clermont courts are our trademark. Clear Title Agency offers complete real estate legal and title services including complex title, survey and insurance issues. We handle a wide range of litigation, focusing on probate, real estate and commercial issues. We have an office in Cincinnati in the Blue Ash area.  D'Anne has been in full time private practice since 1989. From 1983 to 1989 she worked part-time for the county. Many larger Cincinnati firms sub-contract commercial title work to her. Richard was formerly in the litigation department with Mechley, Robbins and Kelly now known as Robbins, Kelly, Patterson and Tucker in Cincinnati.
